Responsibilities

• Effective communication with all staff and cooperation within the senior management team.
• Maintaining all QuickSTAT Client functionality ensuring compliance with agreed procedures.
• Maintain professional manner towards all staff, seeking at all time to implement and maintain company policy.
• Seek to resolve inter‑departmental questions and issues as they arise and without conflict.
• Adhere to all company policies, at all times.
• To undertake any reasonable duties/responsibilities at the request of the Department Manager or other Senior Management.
• Monitor existing Quality Control procedures for compliance and effectiveness.
• Report ineffective procedures to the respective Department Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in biopharma or specialist courier operations with strong customer service exposure.
• Comprehensive knowledge of courier and freight operations, including import/export, warehousing, and transport.
• Strong understanding of temperature‑controlled packaging solutions for pharmaceutical logistics.
• Knowledge of country‑specific regulations governing pharmaceutical importation and exportation.
• Solid grasp of global geography, time zones, and transit milestones.
• Proven problem‑solving, negotiation, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership, planning, and team‑motivation abilities, with strong communication skills.
