Due to an internal promotion, Bentley and Lamborghini Edinburgh have a very rare opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Manager to join the team.
As a Sytner Aftersales Manager, you will lead from the front and inspire your team to achieve excellent results across all aspects of the Aftersales Department. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience, drive CSI results into the upper quartile, and maximize sales, gross profit, and financial results in both Service and Parts operations. You should be fluent in managing accounts and sales ledger accounts.
This is a full-time role, which may include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest levels of service.
Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry and strong technical knowledge are essential. You should have the ability to work under pressure and possess excellent leadership skills to develop and motivate your team.
