Skills
Training & Development Coordinator - Logistics/Warehouse, Alconbury, £30,000 per annum. Shifts: Wednesday-Saturday OR Sunday-Wednesday (average 38.5 hours per week).

- Deliver induction training for new starters in both (url removed) fulfilment and production.
- Provide full training on updated procedures and SOPs, followed by practical on-the-job coaching.
- Monitor operatives throughout shifts, offering guidance and corrective feedback where needed.
- Act as a visible role model, promoting safe working, efficiency, and hygiene at all times.
- Maintain accurate training and competency records to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Support busy operational peaks (such as seasonal online demand or production cycles).
- Work closely with managers to identify skills gaps and create tailored development plans.
- Help teams adopt new processes, systems, or equipment smoothly and effectively.
- Previous experience in coaching, mentoring, or training in an operational, manufacturing, or logistics setting.
- Strong understanding of SOPs, risk assessments, and safe working practices.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage and motivate individuals.
- Well-organised with the ability to maintain clear training and compliance records.
