Overview

Training & Development Coordinator - Logistics/Warehouse, Alconbury, £30,000 per annum. Shifts: Wednesday-Saturday OR Sunday-Wednesday (average 38.5 hours per week).

Are you experienced in coaching and training within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment? Do you enjoy working hands-on with teams, helping them develop the right skills and habits to succeed? If so, this could be the role for you. Responsibilities
  • Deliver induction training for new starters in both (url removed) fulfilment and production.
  • Provide full training on updated procedures and SOPs, followed by practical on-the-job coaching.
  • Monitor operatives throughout shifts, offering guidance and corrective feedback where needed.
  • Act as a visible role model, promoting safe working, efficiency, and hygiene at all times.
  • Maintain accurate training and competency records to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
  • Support busy operational peaks (such as seasonal online demand or production cycles).
  • Work closely with managers to identify skills gaps and create tailored development plans.
  • Help teams adopt new processes, systems, or equipment smoothly and effectively.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
