As a Care Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in our client's business, overseeing and managing the coordination of rosters for a domiciliary care service and line managing care and support workers, ensuring that they are providing a high quality service to service users. Your exceptional organisational skills, communication abilities, and passion for providing high-quality care will shine in this challenging yet rewarding position.

On offer is a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (inclusive of on-call).

Responsibilities
  • Produce the care staff rota on a weekly basis using the roster system. Maintain runs of work that are geographically planned, use resources efficiently and continuously review.
  • Reviewing and accepting referrals and allocating to Field Care Supervisors for risk assessment.
  • Monitor performance of Care and Support Workers through organising spot checks, supervision and appraisals, keeping accurate records.
  • Resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in the branch on-call rota.
What we're looking for
  • It\'s essential that you have prior experience as a Care Coordinator / Care Scheduler within a Domiciliary Care or Extra Care service.
  • It would be great if you have experience of using OneTouch.
  • A positive attitude, ability to problem-solve and a desire to uphold high quality care delivery.
  • Excellent customer services skills and telephone manner.
