Overview

Onsite Recruitment Coordinator / Recruitment Account Specialist - Randstad, Heinz - Wigan

£27,000 - £28,000 + Bonus. Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri, 8:30-5:30. Randstad is looking for an Account Specialist to ensure the smooth running of the operation across our site in Wigan, on a key account in the division, Heinz. As an Account Specialist you’ll be part of, and responsible for, a section of the onsite operation. You will be embedded within the client team, acting as the face of Randstad to both the client and the workers onsite, so a service-driven mentality, relationship building and problem solving will be key skills.

Responsibilities
  • Client management & relationship building
  • Involvement in the recruitment process
  • Worker management - delivery of praise, rewarding good work with schemes, alongside delivery of warnings, return to works & OTI's
  • Delivering on SLAs agreed with the client
  • Administrative tasks and ensuring all systems are up to date
  • Managing all queries from allocated areas, including health and safety investigations, and managing any allegations or concerns that are raised
  • Regular floorwalks as agreed with the client to give visibility to the client and the temporary workforce
  • Attending planning meetings with the client to assess temporary worker requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Strong customer services and admin experience
  • Ability to work at a high pace with attention to detail
  • Great organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and capability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
  • Previous experience in temp recruitment is useful but not essential
  • Experience working in an onsite environment is useful too
