A leading construction firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple concurrent projects valued between £50k and £15m. The role entails ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while managing project delivery across various sites. Candidates should have a qualification in a related trade and experience in project management. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to enhance project performance and client relationships.
Qualifications
- Qualified in civil engineering, groundworks or building structures.
- Experience managing projects with values between £50k and £15m.

- Manage project execution per NEC3 Framework Contract.
- Establish risk management processes for project delivery.
Skills
Education
Responsible for the safe execution of a portfolio of concurrent projects for various Rolls -Royce sites. As part of the role the Project Manager must ensure that the projects are delivered to meet Integral & Rolls Royces standards regarding health, safety, quality, cost and programme, whilst complying as a Principal Contractor with current CDM legislation. This includes compliance with MS18 and CSO6 Rolls Royce standards. Project Managers must be qualified in a related trade, civils / groundworks / building structuresetc.
- Responsible for the execution of projects with potential values between £50k to £15m, across various Rolls Royce sites in Derby and the Midlands.
- Provide Health and safety leadership to your site delivery teams and promote behavioural safety improvements.
- Support the project risk management process and ensure effective controls are established to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the projects.
- Manage the projects in accordance with the requirements of the NEC3 Framework Contract
- Support project opportunities where identified, to realise, maintain and improve the commercial project performance.
