A forward-thinking academy in Grimsby is looking for a Vice Principal - Curriculum, Teaching and Learning. The role involves strategic leadership and will enhance student achievement and teaching quality. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, be ambitious, and demonstrate the values of ASPIRE. This position offers personalized professional development and extensive support within the academy environment.
Vice Principal - Curriculum, Teaching and Learning. The role is a strategic leadership position reporting to the Principal, leading on Curriculum, Teaching and Learning to impact student achievement, teaching quality, and provision for students. Start date available January 2026 or May 2026. Interview dates are likely 14th and 15th October 2025. The post involves developing and delivering the Academy Development Plan related to Curriculum, Teaching and Learning and ensuring the Quality of Education provision across the Academy.
The post holder will drive our agenda to secure the best possible personal and academic experience for our students.
