Job summary

A project management firm is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager in Marchwood to support the delivery of critical project agreements. You will oversee sample management, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a degree in Science or Engineering, strong project management skills, and experience in stakeholder engagement. The role offers a 6-month contract with a competitive pay rate of £29.71 per hour, with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of competitive new-categories landscape (training provided).
• Knowledge of Competitor Law (beneficial).
• Experience delivering complex projects or programme work.
• Proven ability to work to strict deadlines with high consequences.

Responsibilities

• Manage samples and materials from end markets and external suppliers.
• Oversee sample storage and documentation per Customs requirements.
• Coordinate data collection for notification documentation.
• Plan import/export processes ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
• Support project planning and timeline tracking.
• Assist with sample analysis and lab activities.
• Prepare NDAs for meetings and data exchanges.
• Support monthly compliance checks and deliver status updates.
