Job description
Role Purpose

Responsible for the safe execution of a portfolio of concurrent projects for various Rolls -Royce sites. As part of the role the Project Manager must ensure that the projects are delivered to meet Integral & Rolls Royces standards regarding health, safety, quality, cost and programme, whilst complying as a Principal Contractor with current CDM legislation. This includes compliance with MS18 and CSO6 Rolls Royce standards. Project Managers must be qualified in a related trade, civils / groundworks / building structuresetc.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the execution of projects with potential values between £50k to £15m, across various Rolls Royce sites in Derby and the Midlands.
  • Provide Health and safety leadership to your site delivery teams and promote behavioural safety improvements.
  • Support the project risk management process and ensure effective controls are established to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the projects.
  • Manage the projects in accordance with the requirements of the NEC3 Framework Contract
  • Support project opportunities where identified, to realise, maintain and improve the commercial project performance.
  • Play an active lead in the production and risk management of quotations and estimates.
