An integral role for an established pharmaceutical organisation based in W. Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team of digital marketing professionals, develop your core content skills, and contribute to the digital outreach and engagement goals of the organisation.

• Develop high-quality digital content including websites, promotional emails, social media videos, and bite-sized webinars to support new product launches and campaigns.
• Plan and manage a schedule of content releases to ensure timely delivery of digital assets across various pharmaceutical products.
• Implement content SEO strategies (technical, onsite, and offsite) to enhance visibility and digital engagement for specific products.
• Create and manage email campaigns using in-house and agency resources, aiming to reach healthcare professionals and patients, and analyze campaign performance for optimization.
• Develop webinar content and craft bite-sized videos through the webinar portal.
• Set up and manage automation in Salesforce to optimize user experience and personalization based on the customer journey.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, global CRM, and customer service teams to align digital content strategies with business objectives, and engage stakeholders for feedback.
• Manage third-party technical and agency relationships, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure milestones and budgets are met.
• Track campaign performance via Salesforce analytics, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future campaigns.

• BSc or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Journey Builder.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital content creation within a commercial industry.
• Proven ability to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and content strategies.
• Understanding of SEO and content optimization.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to craft industry-relevant content.
• Flexible, proactive, and highly communicative approach.
