Job description
We are searching for a Lead Content Designer who will be crucial in improving how the Commission creates, maintains, and optimises its digital guidance content for electoral administrators and participants. This role involves leading the development of a user-centred digital guidance service and providing strategic expertise to ensure guidance is accurate, accessible, and easy to use.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement user-centred digital guidance services and processes
- Lead improvements to guidance functionality and user journeys on the website
- Establish effective content repositories and management workflows
- Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on content creation and management
- Manage project delivery, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Experience delivering digital content or guidance projects
- Strong knowledge of user-centred design and accessibility standards
- Expertise in content management systems and workflows
