Our cross-functional, agile product team brings together content and product designers, delivery managers, engineers and product managers to solve valuable business problems and deliver against Vyprs product roadmap.

Product design at Vypr

This will be our fifth design hire overall and our second content designer. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, leading content design and strategy across our platform, app, and marketing. Flexible

You flex your approach depending on where you are in the product development process. You know how to break down complex problems using maps, flows, prototypes, wireframes, written documents or quick sketches to increase your understanding and make progress. If youre navigating ambiguity, you know what to do to create clarity for yourself and your team members. If youre working through something thats already well defined you appreciate the clear goal and focus in on how to deliver to it.

Pragmatic

You understand we have big growth ambitions and can balance quality with speed of shipping. You consider context and practical implications when making decisions and can identify when to compromise and when to be steadfast in your approach.

A problem solver

You understand that there are always countless ways to meet a user need, and you show good judgment by focusing on ideas that does this effectively while aligning with the product goals.

Organised
