A marketing recruitment company is looking for a Creative Designer to develop unique designs for marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all channels. The role requires 2-4 years of experience in design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and UI/UX principles. This position offers a hybrid working environment in South London, focusing on innovative design solutions.
Designer / Graphic Designer – Full-Time Permanent
Location: South London Area – Hybrid 3 days a week in the office, 2 from home
Salary: up to circa £40,000

As a Creative Designer, you will help shape the visual identity of the brand and deliver creative solutions that elevate the company’s marketing and product experience. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with marketing, product, development teams and clients to bring concepts to life across a range of platforms and channels.
This role offers variety across branding projects, marketing campaigns, digital assets, website design, UI/UX improvements, wireframing and content creation. You will contribute fresh ideas and solve creative challenges in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
This role suits a creative individual who is brimming with ideas and has the confidence to bring them to the table. You’ll need to be adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment where no two days are the same.
