A prominent family-run design company in the UK seeks a Midweight Digital Designer to deliver innovative digital assets across various online platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects, and experience in mobile eCommerce design. This role allows flexibility with hybrid working, balanced between office presence and remote work, while contributing to a vibrant, collaborative team culture that values creativity and innovation.
We're looking for a Midweight Digital Designer to join our fun, fast-paced and collaborative team where your creativity and design skills will truly shine. You will make an impact by working with the wider Digital Design team to deliver pixel perfect assets on time and to brief. You will understand branding and campaigns for ecommerce environments, considering the customer journey and engagement at different online touch points. You will take responsibility for delivering artwork for use across various channels including emails, websites, social and affiliate marketing. If creative content is ever required, you would be the person on speed dial. You will be based at our Head Office in Banbury with the freedom to work from home two days a week on average, this may flex up or down dependant on business needs. During your induction period, you will be encouraged to come in to our Banbury Head Office every day.
