• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Providing expert advice and exceptional service to meet clients\' insurance needs
• Negotiating with insurers to design tailored insurance programmes
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Collaborating with internal teams to contribute to broader company objectives
