A leading estate agency network in Milton Keynes is seeking a full-time customer service professional to engage clients for mortgage review appointments. The role involves delivering exceptional service and supporting career progression towards mortgage advice qualifications. Re‑engaging and preparing our Lifetime customers for their mortgage review appointment with our Mortgage Advisers. Delivering the highest level of customer service and professionalism, taking ownership of their appointment and application journey, and maintaining strong working relationships with the Mortgage Adviser teams.
Req‑d knowledge, skills and qualifications: Target minimum 12 months experience in telephone‑based customer service or sales environment (desirable). Rewards: Competitive basic salary with a realistic on‑target earnings of £28,000 – £30,000. Role progression offers opportunities to join our Mortgage Academy based on in‑role performance and application. Sponsorship for CF1 & CF6 or a CeMAP‑equivalent professional qualification is required to become a Mortgage Adviser.

This is a permanent full‑time role with an extensive induction and an ongoing training, support and development programme.
