Overview

We're growing our inbound call centre and looking for individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to doing the right thing for our customers. Even if you haven't worked in customer service before, we provide full training, ongoing coaching, and supportive guidance to help you succeed.

Hours

8:45am - 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday (with one set day off during the week)

Salary

£24,684 per year

Career Path

This role is designed as a stepping stone into our Customer Services Advisor position. After 6 months, you will progress into a Customer Services Advisor role, where you'll further develop your skills and take on additional responsibilities.
