A Recruitment Consultant with knowledge of M&E Engineering recruitment. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment within blue collar contract roles such as:
- Pipefitters
- Pipe welders
- Site Welders (MMA / FCAW / TIG)
- Installation / Approved Electricians
- Electrical improvers
- Mechanical fitters
- Electrical / Mechanical mates
- Proven experience in M&E recruitment - whether that be 270 or 360 experience
- A consultative approach and strong candidate/client management skills
