Associate Cost Consultant – London

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + bonus

Location: London

A well-respected consultancy is seeking an Associate-level Cost Consultant to join its London office. This leadership role offers the chance to shape client relationships, drive business growth, and mentor a high-performing team.

Working directly with directors, you'll take ownership of large-scale commercial and residential projects, provide strategic advice, and influence the direction of both projects and the business itself.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead major cost consultancy commissions from inception to completion
  • Maintain senior-level relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Drive fee generation, pipeline development, and business planning
  • Manage and mentor a team of consultants and graduates
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the London office
What We're Looking For
  • MRICS qualified with extensive post-qualification experience
  • Strong consultancy background with demonstrable leadership skills
