QHSE Administrator: Compliance & Audit Support
Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced QHSE Administrator for a temporary role in Aberdeen or Dundee. Responsibilities include managing enquiries, supporting QHSE campaigns, and maintaining compliance with ISO standards. Ideal candidates will have strong administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and be detail-oriented. The position offers 35 hours per week on a PAYE basis with a potential for extension.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting a QHSE Department.
- Proficient in document management and report collation.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for QHSE enquiries.
- Manage QHSE email inbox and online service desk.
- Support the rollout of QHSE campaigns and guidance.
- Assist in reviewing QHSE policies and procedures.
- Coordinate internal and external audit schedules.
