BTCT is an inclusive, forward thinking Trust which continually seeks to improve outcomes for all children, young people and their families. This exciting role will further increase accessibility to the Trust’s Educational Psychologist Offer, enabling staff, parents and students access to advice and clinical provision to improve our inclusive practice and understanding of needs of our students.

We are therefore seeking to appoint an additional qualified Educational Psychologist to work directly with staff and students between the ages of 3-18 across all of our academies. • Manage and oversee agreed student cases, working directly with students, families and schools.
  • Continue their own professional development to ensure practice is current and relevant to needs of students and staff across the Trust – this includes maintaining links with external Educational Psychologists.
  • Be a qualified Educational Psychologist registered with the HCPC
  • Receive termly Supervision with an external Senior E.P. with ongoing CPD opportunities

If you are passionate about making a difference for vulnerable children and young people, and feel inspired to become part of a supportive, inclusive team, we welcome your application.
