What you will be doing
- Translate Ricoh’s brand vision into impactful campaigns by leading and coordinating the effective strategic and operational delivery of integrated marketing communications and a full-funnel campaign programme. Collaborate with marketing teams, stakeholders, and sales/service teams to identify business opportunities, attract new organizations, retain customers, and engage existing clients.
- Drive internal and external customer engagement and advocacy to inspire clients and empower sales teams to generate revenue and growth.
- Own and drive the strategy, planning, and delivery of external marketing activities for the Digital Services portfolio, including Workplace Experience, Process Automation, Cloud & Cyber, Print & Specialty Print, to generate awareness and nurture prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with Ricoh Europe as part of the EMEA co-creation team to share expertise and guide central marketing strategy for campaign and content delivery.
- Develop sales enablement education and tools to raise awareness and generate sales opportunities, working with the new business team for lead conversions.
- Manage content and development of campaigns supporting brand vision, customer nurture, and demand generation strategies.
- Manage client-led service marketing activities to raise awareness of Ricoh’s value propositions and support new business generation.
- Oversee the strategic activation of the Ricoh brand with the Digital Designer to ensure consistent branding across channels such as PR, Social Media, Web/Email, and Paid Search.
- Ensure timely resource forecasting to meet demand, budget, and deadlines. Analyze data and insights regularly to recommend improvements and optimizations.
You will ideally have
- Marketing degree or related qualification and relevant experience
- Knowledge of B2B marketing, preferably in IT and professional services
- Experience in marketing communications, branding, internal communications, and content development
- Leadership and team development skills
- Creative with strategic messaging, copywriting, and proofreading skills
- Organized with strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Familiarity with Ricoh products/services is desirable
