Summary

The Solution Marketing Manager for (IFS Cloud and IFS Loops) requires a strong understanding of AI-driven enterprise solutions platform technologies and digital workforce enablement. Contributing to the growth of IFS in a variety of ways you will play an integral role in the development of key marketing campaigns aligned to IFSs GTM for our embedded AI solutions. The role is fast-paced and the desired candidate will be a pragmatic intuitive hands‑on marketer who thrives on innovation and cross‑functional collaboration. This role requires close collaboration with both the net new and customer marketing teams to ensure integrated campaign planning and execution across the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention and expansion.

Essential Duties and Accountabilities
  • Meeting demand generation goals for and IFS Loops driving global business growth.
  • Work closely with both the net new and customer marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive new customer acquisition as well as deepen engagement and value for existing customers.
  • Owning the development of an annual demand generation plan for solutions and delivering end‑to‑end marketing campaigns that support IFSs GTM and pipeline requirements.
  • Prioritizing campaign development based on pipeline gaps regional marketing needs and strategic opportunities in AI and digital transformation.
  • Designing and managing production of high‑value content including advertising digital assets event toolkits webinars and social media messaging focused on AI platform and digital worker solutions.
  • Partnering with regional marketing to plan and support execution of centrally generated demand generation programs providing insights
