The Strategic Program Manager will work within eBay’s Global Marketing organization, partnering closely with marketing leadership, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to manage the end‑to‑end execution of complex, integrated global marketing programs. This role is responsible for translating approved marketing plans into actionable program and project plans, ensuring seamless coordination, on‑time delivery, and high‑quality execution across channels and regions.
You will collaborate with global brand, marketing operations, CRM, product marketing, media, communications, consumer insights, creative teams, and agency partners to manage campaign lifecycles from kickoff through delivery, optimization, and post‑campaign review. The Strategic Program Manager will play a critical role in connecting teams, aligning timelines, and maintaining operational rigor to support eBay’s business and brand objectives.
