Salary of £40,000-£45,000

We’re looking for an experienced marketing lead to step into a 12 month maternity cover role and take ownership of day‑to‑day marketing activity during a busy period of growth. This is a senior position for someone commercially aware, creatively driven, and comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels.

You’ll work closely with the leadership team, overseeing everything from brand campaigns and digital activity to events, PR and physical spaces. The ideal candidate enjoys rolling up their sleeves as much as guiding others, and brings confidence, clarity and creative flair to a fast‑moving environment.
