This requires bold change in how we mobilise communities and partners.

About You

We are looking for a talented, data‑savvy individual to develop and lead our national marketing team, securing higher engagement and action from audiences in support of nature’s recovery. The postholder will provide strategic direction and operational leadership across the Trust’s audience insights programme, brand framework development and the delivery of our marketing and digital fundraising plan.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing audience insights and brand strategy at national scale
  • Leading cross‑functional teams, including PR, communications, design, social media, and content creators to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Driving scalable acquisition strategies and developing customer/supporter journeys
  • Delivering income generation targets through innovative marketing campaigns
  • Providing analytical leadership and a passion for design and copy

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Significant experience developing and delivering marketing strategy with a proven track record of income generation
  • Strong analytical thinker with expert use of audience insights
  • Expertise in scalable acquisition strategies and customer journey design
