Job description

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and owning product‑specific marketing strategies, customer positioning, and commercialization plans. The role collaborates with marketing and product teams to ensure product‑market fit and supports sales enablement through effective product messaging.

Position reports to the Marketing Director — Equipment Services and is part of the Hardware Solutions marketing team located in the UK or India as an on‑site role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own product‑specific marketing strategies, product positioning, targeting and commercialization plans.
• Set the goals, objectives, and positioning for marketing campaigns based on market orientation and support the development of persona‑driven content to drive message consistency.
• Understand customer needs by supporting market analysis activities to monitor market trends, needs, segmentation and competitors.
• Partner with product management to define and influence product roadmaps and ensure product‑market fit.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in product marketing.
• Preferred experience working in the life sciences, diagnostics or biotechnology industries.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
• Experience with eCommerce, digital and full‑funnel marketing strategies.

Travel & Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel to events, meetings and customer sites approximately 25% of the time, including overnight trips.
