A leading healthcare provider in Bolton seeks a Specialist CAMHS Practitioner to join a multi-disciplinary team. This role involves assessment and management of young people's mental health, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate care. Candidates should be experienced in mental health practices and possess strong communication skills. If so then GMMH and Bolton CAMHS has a role for you working as part of a real Multi Disciplinary Team as one of our Specialist CAMHS Practitioners in Community CAMHS.
As a Specialist CAMHS mental health practitioner you will be working as part of the MDT.
You will have responsibility for supporting the team in triage and assessment of referrals to our service and ensuing timely and responsive access to the appropriate care pathways.
You will be responsible for the management of cases, duty, risk assessments, training and development within the team and wider THRIVE partners. Important developments of system partner relationships and building on the fantastic relationships we have in Bolton across Local Authority CVS . The role as a Specialist CAMHS Practitioner will also allow management development as the role will deputise in the absence of senior staff for the service.
