Lundy ward are looking for a registered nurse with the enthusiasm to take on a new challenge for our general surgical ward. The position is for 36 hours per week on a substantive basis.

Lundy is a highly functioning award‑winning and caring multi‑disciplinary team, who pride themselves on the delivery of quality, safe and compassionate care. The speciality provides care to patients undergoing a variety of surgery. We are a 13 bedded elective surgical ward and we offer surgery in a variety of specialities which include urology, gynaecology and colorectal as well as general surgery.

Staff are focussed on helping their patients to regain independence following their operation. The depth and strength to its skill set supported by nurses, nursing associates, HCSWs, clinical educator, therapists, ACPs and medical staff who collectively drive patient centred innovation. A current and valid NMC registration is required for this nursing post.

Working Pattern: Days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays as necessary to meet the needs of the service
