A leading sustainable transport company is seeking a Regional Customer Sales & Support Manager to drive sales culture and enhance customer experience. This role involves developing business relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and managing sales initiatives across the region. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, proficiency in data analysis and tools like Power BI, and excellent communication skills. The position offers remote work options and a competitive salary with numerous benefits.
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience) up to 15% bonus
Location: Remote (candidates must be based within Scotland’s Central Belt)
Travel: Frequent travel

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Customer Sales & Support Manager to develop and drive an insight driven sales culture with shared accountability for the customer experience delivered within the region. As a key stakeholder in the regional team, you will also support the development and delivery of the regional plan to deliver the overarching vision of Volvo Trucks within the day-to-day operations in North & Scotland.

You are a passionate, hardworking individual who is keen on developing positive relationships with our customers through providing quality service. You will have knowledge of data analysis and statistics would be beneficial in this role along with the ability to thrive under pressure without compromising on quality.
