Territory Manager – Midlands (Field-Based)

Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for healthcare innovation? We’re looking for a Territory Manager to drive growth across the Midlands region for a leading global provider of surgical solutions.

This is a field-based role focused on new business acquisition, tender management, and strategic account development. You’ll work closely with surgical teams in operating theatres, so confidence in clinical environments is essential.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute a territory growth plan targeting NHS Trusts, private hospitals, and surgical centres.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities for surgical products.
  • Manage NHS Supply Chain frameworks, mini-competitions, and hospital-level tenders.
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, theatre managers, procurement teams, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and training in operating theatres.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical device or surgical product sales.
  • Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes, NHS frameworks, and tendering.
  • Comfortable working in operating theatres and engaging with surgical teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of UK medical device regulations and compliance requirements.
