We need a qualified Health Visitor (NMC registered) who is highly skilled in communication, teamwork and has a strong approach to delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, especially the 6 High Impact Areas, using evidence‑based practice.
Your role will require excellent assessment skills, effective partnership working, and the ability to develop personalised care to support your caseload.
