As Farm Secretary/Farm Business Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the farm and shop run smoothly and efficiently. You will provide vital administrative, financial, and compliance support to the management team, helping to keep records accurate, systems organised, and reporting up to date.
This is a varied role that would suit someone who is highly organised, financially capable, and motivated to support the success of a dynamic organic farming business.
