A leading environmental services provider is seeking an Environmental Enforcement Officer in Barry, Wales. The role involves enforcing environmental regulations, educating the public, and managing complaints related to environmental offenses. Job Role : Environmental Enforcement Officer
Hours : On average 40 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Monday-Friday, 08:00am-16:00pm with rotational weekends.
Pay Rate : £15.00 per hour.

The Environmental Enforcement Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining public health, safety, and environmental standards by enforcing environmental laws and regulations. This position involves investigating environmental violations, issuing warnings, fines, or citations, and educating the public about environmental responsibilities. The officer will work closely with local authorities, businesses, and residents to promote compliance and help reduce environmental crimes such as littering, fly-tipping, and pollution.
Communication : Express information clearly and concisely to ensure understanding.
Flexibility : Adapt to change and work effectively in various situations and weather conditions.
Participate in our training course to gain insight into daily duties, current legislation, communication, and interaction aspects of the role, earning a recognized qualification in environmental awareness.
You will receive a contract of employment from your employer separately.
You will receive your pay weekly on a Friday from HIVE 360 Payroll Services Provider.
You will not be working for Kingdom Service Group directly, although will have the opportunity to request your temporary agreement to be transferred to a Kingdom Contract in the future.
