Business Development Manager à Grande-Bretagne

A Scottish-based UK law firm is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join one of their Scotland offices. The firm seeks someone who can support the Property & Infrastructure sector group and play a significant role in implementing the business development strategy. You will work closely with key stakeholders and have exposure to the full MBD and bids function.

The Responsibilities:

• Work closely with key stakeholders to create and implement the sector business development strategy and plans.
• Understand key sector issues and identify emerging trends to enhance client offerings and market proposition.
• Assist partners in developing business development plans and initiatives.
• Develop strong relationships with key clients to support division success and the firm’s growth.
• Assist with the firm’s Key Client Programme, focusing on improving client service delivery and maximizing client relationships.
• Collaborate with partners to write proposals and materials for winning new work.
• Prepare partners for pitches, working with the bids team on large tenders as needed.
• Manage the division marketing budget to support sector business plans and strategic objectives.
• Work collaboratively across the MBD function to drive successful campaigns and initiatives for the sector.

The Candidate:

• Experience in a similar role within a Legal or Professional Services environment.
• Possession of a degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Previous experience with project management and influencing senior stakeholders.
