A well-established housebuilder in the Reading area is seeking a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to oversee the development sales function and manage customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, particularly in the housing sector, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include managing the sales process from pre-start to completion and ensuring high standards in development presentation.
