Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
  2. Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
  3. Contribute to the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the club as required.
  4. Serve as a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
  5. Maintain a good understanding of the membership software system.
  6. Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these activities.
  7. Assist the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor operations.
  8. Experience and promote the products and services offered.
  9. Ensure the facilities are clean and well-maintained, supporting the team in upkeeping the club.
  10. Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
  11. Handle member complaints professionally and inform the relevant manager.

Need to be:
  • Outgoing with a positive attitude
  • Proficient in administrative duties
  • Driven, ambitious, eager to learn and develop
  • Willing to participate in learning opportunities to advance skills and career
  • Capable of performing key holder duties as required
  • Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service
