Due to continued growth, we are currently hiring an IT Business Analyst.

Requirements:

1. Requirement Elicitation: Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements from Business Product Owners and Business Process Owners using techniques such as interviews and workshops.
2. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders, developers, and other team members.
3. User Story Writing: Ability to write clear and concise user stories that capture the needs of end-users and stakeholders.
4. Product Backlog Management: Experience in managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring it reflects business needs and aligns with delivery capacity.
5. Stakeholder Management: Skill in managing relationships with stakeholders, including business users, analysts, and development teams, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
6. Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
7. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions using analytical techniques.
8. Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of software development principles and technologies.
9. Documentation Skills: Proficiency in documenting requirements and user stories using tools like Jira and HP ALM.
10. Testing and QA: Understanding of software testing principles and experience working with QA teams, including authoring/modifying and executing test scripts.
11. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
12. Conflict Resolution: Skill in resolving conflicts and managing disagreements to foster collaboration.
13. Customer Focus: Commitment to understanding and meeting customer and end-user needs to deliver value.
14. Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the pharmaceutical clinical trial process and relevant technologies, trends, and regulations (preferred but not mandatory).
15. Technology Knowledge: Experience with Veeva Vault products, particularly Vault Clinical or CRM, and/or SIP (preferred but not mandatory).

Additional experience in working with multiple applications/projects, application support, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, IT compliance (SOX), operational excellence, and project management is advantageous.
