David Kennedy Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic Freelance Recruitment Partner to join our team. If you're passionate about sourcing talented individuals and connecting them with our clients' needs, we want to hear from you! This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, with earnings directly linked to successful candidate placements.

Position: Freelance Recruitment Partner

Location: Remote

Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice

Remuneration: Commission per placed candidate

Responsibilities:

• Utilize channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to find and attract top candidates
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and identify the best fit for roles
• Collaborate with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to ensure smooth recruitment processes
• Maintain a pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and build lasting relationships
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Keep candidate profiles updated in our ATS for future reference

Requirements:

• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to source candidates within France
• Experience recruiting internationally and flexibility with roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong time management, responsiveness, and organization skills
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques (preferred)
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software (a plus)
