Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Operations.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in labor law and payroll.

HR & Payroll Operations Lead - CDI, Paris

Led by a Chief People Officer, the team focuses on strategic objectives like building effective HR strategies, streamlining processes, attracting top talent, and enabling employee development.

Your Role

As HR & Payroll Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing HR and payroll functions primarily in France, with some responsibilities in other countries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Payroll Operations:
    • Manage monthly payroll via external providers, maintaining strong relationships;
    • Ensure accurate calculation and payment of social taxes in collaboration with Finance;
    • Handle complex compensation structures compliant with local laws;
    • Develop communication strategies and documentation for payroll-related inquiries.
  2. Compensation & Benefits:
    • Identify and negotiate with benefits partners;
    • Manage compensation initiatives, deferred benefits, fringe benefits, and benefits in kind;
    • Support annual bonus and wage increase calculations, and communicate goal-setting to employees.
  3. Scale and Compliance:
    • Contribute to HR audits and control assessments;
    • Support HR operations for new hubs or acquisitions;
    • Improve operations through automation and simplification;
    • Manage HR aspects for onboarding and offboarding;
    • Document HR processes.
  4. HR Data, Tools, and Reporting:
    • Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy;
    • Assist in selecting and implementing global HRIS;
    • Generate reports and KPIs for internal and external stakeholders;
    • Collaborate with Finance on compensation reporting and budgeting.
Candidate Profile

  • Graduated from a business school or university with HR specialization;
  • 5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Operations;
  • Recognized for rigor, problem-solving, and proactive delivery;
  • Strong interest and knowledge in labor law and payroll;
  • Practical mindset with automation skills;
  • Experience in international environments and compliance;
  • Fluent in French and English;
