Join us as the Regional Academic & Vocational Training Lead, responsible for leading programs that increase engagement with academic and vocational institutions across Europe, with a focus on Germany and France.
- Develop and expand outreach and participation in PMI programs within the academic and vocational sectors.
- Collaborate with regional and internal stakeholders to drive growth and build lasting partnerships.
- Act as a PMI ambassador in the academic and vocational sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, Business, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
- Deep knowledge of the German and French educational markets and institutions.
- Experience in program development within a global organization.
- Proven leadership in managing organizational change and stakeholder engagement.
- Fluency in German and French; proficiency in English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM and internal platforms; experience in associations is a plus.
