About the Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and expand outreach and participation in PMI programs within the academic and vocational sectors.
2. Collaborate with regional and internal stakeholders to drive growth and build lasting partnerships.
3. Act as a PMI ambassador in the academic and vocational sectors.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, Business, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
2. Deep knowledge of the German and French educational markets and institutions.
3. Experience in program development within a global organization.
4. Proven leadership in managing organizational change and stakeholder engagement.
5. Fluency in German and French; proficiency in English.
6. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
7. Experience with CRM and internal platforms; experience in associations is a plus.
