A leading quantum computing startup in France is seeking an IT support technician to manage level 1 and 2 support across multiple sites. The role entails handling IT ticketing, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and maintaining IT assets. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in IT support, be fluent in French and English, and be proficient with Windows, macOS, and Linux systems. - 3+ years experience in IT Technical Support.
- Ability to work with Windows, macOS, and Linux devices.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Fluent in French & English.
Responsabilités
- Handle general IT ticketing and problem escalation.
- Support and manage IT onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose IT software and hardware issues.
- Manage IT software licenses and access rights.
- Create and maintain the IT knowledge base.
