Job summary
A leading aquaculture solutions company based in Le Légué is seeking an experienced professional to conduct market intelligence, manage distributors, and drive business development strategies within the aquaculture industry. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant Bachelor's degree, possess a minimum of 5 years of experience, and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills. This role involves substantial travel across South-East Asia and Latin America while providing insights to senior management on market dynamics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the aquaculture industry with an established professional network.
- Strong knowledge of aquaculture production systems and feed technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in market analysis and distributor management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard distributors in targeted markets.
- Plan and execute commercial trials with key and new customers.
- Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts.
