Maison Margiela is a Paris-based fashion house founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela. Celebrating unconventional aesthetics and embracing the philosophy that fashion is an art of expression rather than a cult of personality, Maison Margiela offers haute couture, ready-to-wear for women and men, contemporary line MM6, footwear, interior design, and accessories, including leather goods, fine jewelry, and fragrance.

In 2002, the French house became part of OTB. Along with sister brands of the group, Maison Margiela continues pushing the boundaries of modern fashion while preserving its distinctive identity and heritage.

We are looking for an intern for a 6-month internship, starting in June.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting sales teams: assisting Buying, Training, Visual Merchandising, and Operations to ensure the optimal execution of the commercial strategy.
• Analyzing retail performance: weekly and monthly monitoring of performance indicators across stores, with reporting for management.
• Preparing monthly targets: defining sales goals based on performance trends, seasonal factors, and strategic objectives.
• Managing retail stock: supervising inventories, coordinating deliveries and returns, and monitoring stock levels to optimize product availability.
• Field presence: regular visits to stores to audit the application of "Golden Rules" and gather qualitative feedback from the field.

Profile sought:

• Student in higher education in commerce, marketing, or management.
• Proficiency with office tools: Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI.
• Autonomous, rigorous, proactive, analytical, and well-organized.
• Interest in the retail sector and product sensitivity.
