Job summary
A leading freelance marketplace in Paris is seeking a Trainee or Apprentice HRBP to support HR practices driving business growth. Candidates should be enrolled in a Master's program and possess great analytical skills, fluency in English and French, and a good command of Excel. The role includes responsibilities such as supporting core HR cycles and providing data-driven insights for strategic decisions. This is a 6-month internship or 12-month apprenticeship starting January 2026 with hybrid work options.

- Proactive and responsible with a can-do attitude.
- Good command of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the HR Director in implementing HR practices.
- Scout and synthesize information across HR pillars.
- Help drive the execution of core HR cycles.
- Analyze employee data for proactive solutions.
- Act as a right-hand to the HRD for transformation projects.
