A global pet health organization is seeking a Global BP and Demand P&O Director based in Aimargues, near Montpellier. This role involves leading HR strategy across global Sales and Marketing functions, managing organizational change, and developing a diverse talent pipeline. We are looking for a senior HR leader to take on a strategic global position that bridges two critical missions:
Lead the HR Business Partners team (BPs) for our global functions (such as Corporate Affairs IT Digital Finance etc.) to ensure alignment between business goals and people strategy while improving the employee experience across regions.
Act as the strategic HR partner for our global Sales and Marketing functions advising senior commercial leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, high‑performance team development and change management.
