The Production Manager’s role involves partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. Responsibilities include engaging with internal teams and external partners for sound design, optimizing production quality, and defining the audio production strategy. The candidate will lead a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that retain listeners across all stages.

• Manage production schedules for new shows, oversee recording sessions, and coordinate with sound engineers and post-production teams.
• Lead all aspects of audio production including scheduling, recording, mixing, and publishing episodes.
• Ensure sound design and production quality meet high standards.
• Require 8+ years of experience in TV, content, or audio production.
• Fluent in French (native) and English.
• Audio work experience is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production and innovation in creating successful shows.

This is a 6-month contract, with remote work possible anywhere in France.
