for our plant located in Barcelona.

1. Prepare the technical planning for assigned projects, applying the methodology implemented in the company.
2. In collaboration with the department head, prepare project budgets and define the technical and human resources to achieve the technical and economic objectives.
3. Ensure the feasibility and technical quality of the solutions proposed.
4. Coordinate and implement the production process for the products developed.
5. Research and develop improvements in the technical characteristics, quality, and costs of products.
6. Define purchasing specifications and approve suppliers from the initial stage until the product is transferred to the factory, sending guidelines for subsequent procurement.

1. Education: Industrial Engineering, especially in the mechanical, electromechanical, materials, biomedical fields or a similar one.
2. Languages: High level of English and Spanish.
3. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
4. Specific Knowledge: Previous experience working in an R&D department. Previous experience working with CAD systems (especially Solidworks and Rhinoceros) and Ansys.
5. Travels: Occasionally (fairs and congresses).
6. Personal skills: High capacity for multidisciplinary work, analytical capacity, integrity, cooperative spirit, communication skills. Innovative sense, high self-esteem, and high expectations for professional development.
