Nature and aim of the position
In this dynamic role within the newly established People Experience Department, you will be instrumental in crafting a world-class employee experience that spans the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with the Group People Experience Partner, you will engage in a variety of HR operational and administrative tasks, including supporting the Group People Experience Partner in the management and execution of Group HR Projects, ensuring HR Governance, and providing general support to the global HR team.
Our ideal candidate is someone who loves to learn new things, enjoys the challenge of solving problems, is confident with using IT and in particular, has great knowledge of SharePoint and the Microsoft Package.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Support to the Group People Experience Partner and project management on Group HR Projects
- Coordinate existing Global HR Projects and the roll-out of new ones
- Assist in the project management of tasks such as tracking timelines, drafting reports, taking notes, tracking actions from meetings, and sending reminders to internal & external stakeholders
- Source and book venues for meetings, conferences, or social gatherings
- Ensure relevant updates are made to existing Group Processes and policies
- Manage and log updates to Group HR documentation & policies to ensure they remain current and consistent
- Support with ad-hoc reports for data analysis for our global benefit platforms and other initiatives
HR Intranet & Communication
- Build & maintain the HR Intranet on SharePoint by consolidating all HR processes & updates on an ongoing basis
- Maintain the HR Community Team channel by regularly updating internal communication
- Write company-wide emails on new initiatives and send them through a platform called Pardot
HR Governance
- Oversee HR Governance by ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards, policies, and procedures, and by keeping abreast of changes in HR laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
- Support to conduct monthly governance calls with the HRBPs to ensure that every new process is successfully rolled out
Ad-hoc support
- Provide practical HR support to the wider HR team by addressing ad-hoc queries
- Support the Group People Experience Partner & the SVP HR in the process for uploading HR invoices to our system and build relationships with all our vendors
- Possess excellent communication skills in English
- Have excellent experience in project management
- Any additional languages would be desirable
- Have a detail-conscious approach to work and ensure accuracy of all work undertaken
- Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities effectively
